本集团生产的纬编产品主要为高针数双面布、平纹布、罗纹布及提花布四大类。还包括各种功能布及特色布料，如吸湿排汗功能布料、保暖布料、防臭布料、冰凉感布料、粉质手感布料等。所用原材料包括尼龙、涤纶、木代尔、原浆调色尼龙、原浆调色涤纶等。纬编产品广泛用于内衣、运动服及泳衣等。

本集团的纬编机主要来自德国Mayer & Cie公司，共10种机种。纬编产品共有5000多个品种，年产量超过8,000万码。
